Collectfolio ("the App") is an iOS collection tracker developed by OFF the REAL. The App helps you create a private visual dex for cards, collectibles, and personal items.
The App does not require an account, sign-in, or remote profile. We do not operate a Collectfolio user account server.
The App stores your collection records locally on your device. This can include item names, categories, custom fields, tags, status, quantity, price text, ratings, notes, dates, and app settings.
Photos you attach to items are copied into local app storage. JSON and CSV backups exported from the App do not include the actual photo files.
The App requests Camera permission only when you choose to take an item photo. The App requests Photo Library permission only when you choose an existing photo. Photos are used for your collection records and are not uploaded to an OFF the REAL server.
When you export a JSON backup, CSV summary, item card, invite, or collection summary, the App uses the native iOS share sheet. You choose where to send or save that content. OFF the REAL does not receive a copy through the App.
The free version of the App may show ads through Google Mobile Ads. Google Mobile Ads may process device, advertising, and usage-related data according to Google's policies and your device settings. The App requests non-personalized ads in its ad requests.
The App includes an optional background-removal feature for item photos. On iOS, this feature runs inside an embedded web runtime and may download the background-removal model from a third-party content delivery network on first use. The selected image is processed for the purpose of generating an edited photo. Do not use this feature for sensitive personal images.
The App does not include a separate analytics SDK operated by OFF the REAL. Ad-related measurement may be performed by the advertising SDK when ads are enabled.
The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
